Tips and Tricks Customizing Widget Bar Widgets allow quick access to applications that you use often. You can drag the widgets to the Home screen and drag widgets you do not want back to the Widget bar. Touch the folder tab on the left-hand side of the screen to open the Widget Bar; touch it again to close. To choose what applications appear on the Widget Bar, touch Menu > Settings > Widget Manager.
